In a nut shell this change brings Planetary Exploration inline with Derelict Exploration. Errr ok I was, but I was also working on this update to exploration. No I wasn't sat here on my fat ass for the last month eating cookies and drinking Tea. Planetary Exploration has today been given an overhaul.
